*Holidays are not added back to memberships! Example: Easter, Mother's Day,
July 4th, etc.
*Any goggles that are missing after your tanning session will result in a $3 charge
*Our tanning facility is required by law to enforce the following rules:
-minors under the age of 14 years of age are prohibited from
using any UV equipment.
-for minors 14 to 17 years of age, parent or legal guardian
must sign a written consent form at the tanning facility
before the minor may use the equipment.
*There will be a $35 Service Charge on all returned checks
Spa Polices
*No refunds on services or merchandise. No
exchanges (unless defective item)
*A $25 deposit will be required to book Spa Services. This $25 will be applied toward
the Spa Service scheduled when the service is rendered. We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for
all spa services. No shows or late cancellations will be charged the $25 deposit. If the appointment is booked
based off of packages already purchased, a no show or late cancellation will result in the loss of a package visit.
